Pre-Treating
We use Pro-link Sledge Hammer for traffic carpet areas and to pre-treat big or numerous stains before cleaning the carpet.
Stain Removal
We have about 95% rate of success on most unknown stains (stains that people do not know what the stain came from) utilizing Pro-link products specific to your carpet cleaning needs.
Below is a list of stains we remove from carpets on a daily basis:
- Grease Stain - We remove grease stains using our Paint Oil Grease Remover
- Paint Stain- We remove grease stains using our Paint Oil Grease Remover
- Pop Stain, Soda Stain - Pop and soda stains can be removed using a Steam Cleaning process
- Ketchup Stain - For Ketchup stains we use our Protein spotter
- Juice Stain - Juice stains can be removed using a Steam Cleaning process
- Lipstick Stain - Lipstick stains can be removed using our Paint Oil Grease Remover
- Ink Stain - Ink stains can be removed using our Paint Oil Grease Remover
- Rust Stain - Rust stains can be removed using our Rust Remover
- Blood Stain - Blood stains can be removed using our Rust Remover
- Crayon Stain - We remove crayon stains using our Paint Oil Grease Remover
- Kool-Aid Stain - Kool-Aid stains can be treated using a Heat Treatment process, however we do not perform this because the results are not optimal.
- Wine Stain - Wine stains can be treated using a Heat Treatment process, however we do not perform this because the results are not optimal.
Protection
We offer protection for your carpet to ensure less stains in the future as well as to prevent the carpet saturation process.
Deodorizing
The deodorizing process is fundamental to keep your carpet looking and smelling clean.
Pet Odor
We are able to remove pet odor from carpet unless the pet urine has reached the padding. The Protection process can help prevent the saturation process of the carpet.
Moving Furniture
We will move most furniture such as sofas, chairs, tables etc. If book cases or entertainment centers are desired to be moved, we ask that you empty them prior to us moving them.
